I am not sure what services were provided. First and foremost we were having the technician come to fix a recall item and while here we decided to pay to have his GPS software updated and we bought a new battery when the tech was done he called me and said he was finished and I instructed him to leave the key fob on the driver seat. I was up in my office in my home but on a business call. I was surprised to see there was no written. I have a lady call me later in the day and I paid her with credit card after the technician had already left and asked for an email receipt but that receipt is very small and basically tells the total charge. I need something in writing to share what all services were provided and if they did not fix the recall, I need someone to contact me to schedule a second appointment . The problem with the vehicle was not fixed, I asked them to look into other things such as the computer and was ignored. My vehicle is having the exact same issues it was prior to me bringing it in.
Completed my oil change and also preformed a recall while my vehicle was there.
I was very happy with the whole experience. I called in early in morning and was able to take my truck in that same morning. They said it should be an hour and it was ready early.

My service advisor said my battery voltage was low and a new battery was 300 bucks. I declined to get a new battery. I went to advance Auto and had my battery checked. They said it was fine. I came home and read the report provided by the service technician. It reported my battery is being fine. I called my service advisor. She backtracked a little bit and said the battery could be charged by just running it on the highway. Seems to me she misrepresented the state of my battery on initial review. She was more than willing to sell me a battery when I did not need one

The only complaint is letting me know when my truck would be done. I did not get a call on Friday. Called on Saturday and was told Autumn would let me know on Monday. I called Monday since I had not heard anything by 1pm.
