This is the first time the message ‘change oil soon” came on after only 3500 miles. Before it never came on during the 5000 normal oil life period.
I did t know if that’s cause for concern or not.

We were over charged. Told them when I checked out it was about $20 over what I was quoted and see on the slip when I got home that I was overcharged for the lug nuts. It shows as being over $70 and I was told they were $50 when called and asked about replacing them. I asked when dropping it off for the seat parts being in what my total cost would be and I was told $230-235 after tax. My bill was $259. Sorry I truly didnt habe time to stand there and argue but insaid Inwas over charged and the person at the desk jist looked at me.
Also, it doesn't show documentation of the door lock numbers being reset so will be calling to find out if that was done. Sorry the vehicle took longer to be done and your help is appreciated but don't like how we are told one price and charged another.
Thanks for getting my F350 in to fix the fuel leak. Saved me huge headaches.
