I love the pick up/drop off vehicle service.my husband is currently in the hospital, so this was a great service for me. The young man that picked up & dropped off was kind & courteous.

The fuse box lid on the drivers side keeps falling down. I noticed it when I got back in the car after servicing and the mechanic pushed it back into place but soon after I left the dealership it fell again. It keeps falling open after I hit a few bumps. I don’t know the proper “fix” but can think of a few. I’ll run it back by to see what you folks say is the proper fix. Other than that issue I was very pleased. Kelly F

Scheduling services was easy, and the service writer was professional and thorough in getting my truck checked in. All service personnel were personable, and made my appointment as pleasant as possible. I will continue to take my truck to Capital City Ford in Greenfield,Indiana, for services.

All serve reps were professional and courteous. Fuel gauge issue was supposedly resolved. Fuel gauge showed full upon leaving dealership and paying $800. Next fill up gauge was not working correctly. Returned to dealership to have issue addressed and this time told there was a problem with a fuel module. Out $800 told repaired and next told additional $400 to repair? Just didn't sit well. I declined due to lack of funds. Understanding labor and analysis fees but I feel like remaining money wasted.
