The last two times that I brought my truck there to get worked on was unsatisfactory. One time I left there and had to come directly back to point out the issue that they did not fix and the second time they reference me to go somewhere else for service, after they tried to tell me they couldn’t find a problem and after debating with them, they finally found it but couldn’t fix it
The serviceman was very nice and didn’t take long . Today though, I received a text and my ford app had a message to service my engine soon .it states an issue has been detected with my emissions or exhaust system . Does that have anything to do with the repair done yesterday? I have no check engine light on in my truck .

We were on a road trip and the check engine light came on. Being out of town, there was a moment of panic, but Autumn and the service department got us right in. They figured out the problem and had us back on the road in no time. Thank you for your help and service.

For me it was a job well done, couldn’t have been better. Josh was very professional. I used to drive a Buick, traded it in on the Expedition. Service was not that impressive on the Buick. The car was a good car but the attitude at two of the GM dealers was marginal at best.
Audrey is awesome. I will not go anywhere else for work. You call her she gets you in and gets your vehicle done quickly. Best service ever.. I recommend her and capital city for work to be done
