I was not told at any time that there was a fee to have my car looked at so when it was time to pay I was shocked to get a 125$ bill!! Be upfront with prices!

I thank my representative Audrey and the service team for their work . What I am not satisfied with right now is Ford Motor company. My catalytic converter was bad , but it was not known intil the very day the recall work was performed on my vehicle. That recall was on the sensor that alerts me to the converter being bad . I am just over 300 miles out of warranty to replace the converter , that is less than 1 weeks worth of driving . Also, my alert could have went off when the catalytic converter went out while my vehicle was still I under warranty . Except for the recall on the warning device wasn’t working properly . I think Ford motor company should reimburse me the amount I had to pay for that repair, or prove to me my catalytic just did go bad AFTER the warranty expired .

The last two times that I brought my truck there to get worked on was unsatisfactory. One time I left there and had to come directly back to point out the issue that they did not fix and the second time they reference me to go somewhere else for service, after they tried to tell me they couldn’t find a problem and after debating with them, they finally found it but couldn’t fix it

The serviceman was very nice and didn’t take long . Today though, I received a text and my ford app had a message to service my engine soon .it states an issue has been detected with my emissions or exhaust system . Does that have anything to do with the repair done yesterday? I have no check engine light on in my truck .
