I called a couple days ago and spoke to the lady in the service department and told her that my power steering module was out and I wanted to check and see if it was on the recall list. I had the VIN number ready and she told me that I had to have the vehicle at the dealership so they can match everything up to see if it was recall or not. And I told her I knew what the problem was. I just needed to know if it was on the list. So I had the vehicle towed up to your shop and today I got a phone call from a lady who told me it wasn’t on the recall list and that it was gonna cost over $2000 to fix the issue. I declined that and told her I would come and get the vehicle to which she then replied that I owed you guys $160 for diagnosing the issue. I already knew what the issue was. I didn’t need it diagnosed. I just needed to know if it was on the recall list. The lady I spoke to the other day before I had it towed up there didn’t mention a dang thing about $160 diagnostics or I wouldn’t even brought it up to the shop. So I basically paid you guys $160 today to tell me what I already knew and that’s kind of ****. So no, I’m not satisfied at all actually I’m quite pissed off.

Upon visually inspecting my o/s right mirror, a replacement mirror was needed and ordered from Ford. The mirror was received at the dealership in less than a week. I was called & notified, an appointment at my convenience was set. The mirror was installed in less than a half hour & I was on my way. Thank you for the usual outstanding service.
Was the guy who came here named Aubrey? I missed that.
But I have not driven that Bronco much since but trying it out in the drive it seemed good.

They are fast, professional and trusting. I had been taking my vehicle to another dealer to have this repair completed they argued it was not needed. Capital City Ford Greenfield, not only acknowledged the repair was needed, but, came to my home to complete the repair. The tech Evan was very professional completed the repair in about an half an hour. I am in complete awe and will not trust my vehicle with any other dealer in the future!
From what I can tell they were quick and efficient. They came to my home to perform the repair, which was greatly appreciated.

I have had my vehicle serviced at Capitol City for several years. I have never been disappointed.
I just noticed this evening that my headrest had been adjusted by someone and now I can’t get it back down. I looked in manual but there isn’t an unlock button like it says to push to release it.
Simple and easy process. No issues with anything.
Audrey is always amazing and helpful! The specific tech I had was very nice too! Normally(not not necessarily at capital city) I think the tech has a high horse but this guys was very nice and down to earth. I would always want to have him look at my car in the future if he’s available. Overall a very good visit!
