Audrey is an awesome Service Writer and cares so much about her customers.
Audrey did an excellent job of keeping informed especially with the battery percentage, which is why I purchased a new battery to be installed. She also let me know I would hear back about the check engine light begin illuminate, they did several diagnostic checks but did not pin point the cause yet.
I would like it put in my file that I akways want my oil change stickers on my driver's door jam & NOT on my windshield. Thanks!
