I have no idea what Autumn Fairchild did to my car. The inside of my car had not been touched.
I scheduled for recharge on my A/C and asked the attendant to ask mechanic if he hears anything when he steers it and let me know. She did not say there would be additional $83.00 fee. He drove it and says it needs about $1700 for sway bar and bushings. I did not ask for him to “ drive it” on the road. I will not be back and the van doesn’t even need that! It’s power steering fluid! So I really feel they took advantage of me and took $83 out of my pocket and I’d like to be refunded. I was never told or that discussed with me! I hoped you’d be better than Inskeep but guess not.

I was a little frustrated that I mentioned twice that I thought there were two open recalls and yet only one thing got addressed that was the Frozen camera issue in the back I have a paper about a driver's seat belt issue as well and that wasn't addressed but they were very polite very professional very friendly and quick
I was happy with the mobile van coming to me instead of me having to bring my Bronco in. The guy was very nice.

I was very pleased with the service on my Super Duty 6.7L HO Diesel, the staff were very friendly and got me in very quick for service. Only as a suggestion would be to put a Cell Phone Re-Charging station or capability in the customer break/waiting room.
I was kept informed of the services done on my vehicle. My wait time on the services performed was done in a very reasonable time. However, I requested installation of new windshield wipers that I had previously purchased elsewhere and was told there would be a charge to remove and install the new blades. I’m 5’ 5” tall and the blades were being installed on my 2015 Ford F150. I was surprised there would be a charge for what I considered to be a courtesy. My mistake.
There’s a nasty pothole entering the western entrance to the dealership. I understand it happens with Indiana roads, but some gravel in there would be nice until it can be fixed. I was worried I might have bent a rim when I mistakenly drove over it.
