Service was fine. Don’t like texting instead of face to face consulting the work being done and also completed.
I loved the pickup delivery service. However it wasn’t explained to me there was a charge for diagnostics or what the other charge was for. The software for the radio/bluetooth was updated but it still isn’t very sensitive. I still wait 4 seconds before it is ready for voice prompts and it used to beep and be immediately ready.
Also wasn’t explained to me how to pay and that the text would link payment. The text link had a proposal for air filter, wiper blades and battery but not an invoice for the oil change or the $104 extra charges. That would have been nice to have had that explained when I scheduled or when they called to ask my permission for the addl replacements.
Excellent service and very professional. Completed the repair very quickly and returned the vehicle the same day.
Everyone I worked with fantastic. The car has been nothing but issues. the engine still shakes the car and they did tell me that I would probably need a new engine again due to the recall. I’m frustrated that I have to wait until the engine blows up again before it can be replaced. Just one more inconvenience to deal with.

It was the absolute worst experience that I’ve ever had at a Ford dealership. I am the daughter of a service manager in Fort Wayne and I know exactly how the dealership is supposed to run. I’ve been doing this since I could drive. There was no sense of urgency, the people were not nice, and on top of that when my oil change and works, package was finished my tire pressure on my dash said that I had a PSI of 24 in my right tire. I went back in to say to one of the advisors that my PSI was low and she prompted me to keep driving the car and it would turn off automatically. I then drove 20 minutes to my office And it still wasn’t off. Following a few hours of work at my office, I’ve even gotten my car where my PSI was a nine. The laziness and no sense of urgency had me in a tire shop for over an hour when I should not have been there in the first place.
It was a enjoyable experience!
