False relayed conversation/information vs what actually gets communicated to the shop in regards to needs for my vehicle being addressed accurately, and being informed that "sorry this doesn't cover the cost of this" when actually yes, it's covered. Also, issues a costumer finds after the supposed professionals in the shop can't find the issue, then relay to me that it's fixed, only to find out right away that it's not. Stop lying to people in order to get a car out of your shop. Makes no sense for professionals to do this nonsense. Not all people are vulnerable, FYI.
