Low-key I was not necessarily excited about having to bring my truck to a Capital City Ford. I have had poor experiences with the Capital city Ford on E. Washington St. and having Inskeep Ford bought out by them was not a happy moment for me. So I was pleased to find out that the service was good and my vehicle done in a timely manner and as promised. The staff that helped me was efficient and very helpful. That went a long way toward mending some past issues.

Well a couple of things were not completed. The 4 X 4 decal on the rear fender was found on the dashboard, not on the rear fender. And the clearance light on the same fender wasn’t secured after the work was done. It tells me that your body service has no attention to detail.
