Made an appointment with a gentleman for Sept. 13 and go to drop off my vehicle and u were closed for inventory. Then I played phone tag with Regina for a day to make another appointment. Finally get appointment and drop off vehicle and you want to charge me $2000 to fix a taillight, turn signal and 2 dome lights. I said that was way too much and said to do nothing. I come to pickup my vehicle and you have the gull to charge me $205.99 for assessing my repairs. I have never been charged for a repair shop to look over my vehicle and give me an estimate of repairs. Regina could have told me before appointment that you charged an estimate fee or after I refused service but no one said anything except for your cashier who said we are a dealership we need to make money. My entire interaction with Capital City Ford was stressful and very unpleasant. ????????????????

I was completely satisfied with my experience EXCEPT FOR the check-in with Joshua! He had an attitude problem and certainly wasn’t a good person to be the first person I encountered on my arrival.
I have dealt only with Ford/Lincoln/Mercury dealerships for over 50 years and have always received friendly welcoming reception and service at all levels in Florida and Indiana including Inskeep and Capital City - Indy.

The only comment I have is the dealer had the vehicle for 2 weeks and I was never called by a service representative on the status of the vehicle. I called to find out what was being completed with the vehicle. The customer should always kept informed through the maintenance process. Customer service should not be taken lightly. 3 weeks and I finally received the vehicle. Respectfully

Josh helped me pick a good set of tires for my vehicle. I’m really happy with my Escape hybrid. It saves me gas money. It has never let me down.
