I don’t need contacted. I just need people to communicate and do what they say they are going to do. My vehicle sat for 4 days bc someone had a day off and the ticket didn’t get put in or something. Paid almost $200 in uber fees and the hassle. It only got started bc I called after my email wasn’t responded to and etc. I’m grateful my vehicle was fixed but very poor customer service from the minute I stepped in even just for my appt. The reason I will not come back and stick with my regular dealer.
As a new customer I wasn't greeted at arrival. Stood 15 minutes before someone spoke. He asked I said oil change only. They never explained anything an they inspected car rotate my tires I didn't need. They didn't even notice my engine light on when moving car. Wasn't pleased with service.
Everything always good Prices are a little to high never any coupons like other dealerships
