It was easy to schedule appointment. They were able to get my car back in the shop quickly, even though they were extremely busy. I did not have a long wait at all! Audrey kept me informed of what the issue was while I was waiting. I love the service department at Capitol City Ford - Greenfield!

Again, Josh did not complete what was asked when I turned in my vehicle. I have been an Inskeep customer for over 20 years. I have had all of my vehicles serviced there and no where else. I am a loyal customer and try to stay local. I am very disappointed. Guess it is time to find another dealership and repair shop.

My 2013 Focus was on the recall for the sensor for the transmission. I was told the problem was the clutch in the transmission not the sensor. And charged $150. I don't understand on a recall that the charge should not have been any cost to me. For the reason it was a recall. Are others going to be cheated the way I feel that I was cheated!!
