I just looked at my receipt, and the vehicle listed is for another vehicle I own - not the vehicle you actually worked on. The vehicle you worked on is my 2017 Jeep Cherokee which is red/maroon and has a 4 cylinder engine. The vehicle listed on my receipt is for my 2019 White Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk that was actually just serviced at Capitol City Ford on E Washington St. My 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk has a 6 cyl engine. I am concerned the wrong work and wrong oil was used due to the mix up of what vehicle you thought you were working on. Please let me know if we need to take any corrective action to avoid any damage to my 2017 Jeep Cherokee, which BTW, I purchased at your dealership back in December 2022 and you also performed the Works service at that time in your service department. So the vehicle info should have been in your system. Jason H

After 2 trips for an alternator repair I am still having same electrical Problems I have not returned the vehicle yet I am afraid it might die on the road

Sservice was greatJosh asked why I hadn’t made the original tire purchase at Capital City instead of Discount Tire. Simply because I could vet an online immediate price, unlike having to call the Ford dealer for the price.
