Audrey is very pleasant to deal with and is a very good listener when you are kind of complaining to her about a problem that you have always willing to help you in anyway that she can and that is something that is very important to people like me that brings your automobile and to have service you would like to have a pleasant person on the other end to deal with and that is Audrey and Regina is also a wonderful person to deal with
Well considering you lost the part last time and it do long to get another one in my work is really not happy. I travel all the time and it is a service van so the company lost a lot of money.
Very wonderful to deal with. They took my car and had it done quickly. Even sent me a text to let me know what needed to be worked on with my car and I was able to approve it quickly and they got the service done right away!

Pleasure working with Audrey. They missed putting a screw and clip in the splash pan but Audrey got it quickly repaired. Unfortunately it was delivered to us like that but upon our return Audrey took good care of us.
As stated the last time I had my oil changed I need a copy of inspection report. Again I was not given one this time. I will be looking for another place to take my business

Service was great. However I’m very disappointed in the fact Capitol City Ford no longer honors non Ford warranties. The warranty I have I purchased from a Ford dealer. It should be honored by all Ford dealers.
It was easy to schedule appointment. They were able to get my car back in the shop quickly, even though they were extremely busy. I did not have a long wait at all! Audrey kept me informed of what the issue was while I was waiting. I love the service department at Capitol City Ford - Greenfield!
