After oils change Engine light came on and is still on. It was not on when car was taken for oil change. I called service rep. and was informed I need to schedule a diagnostic test with a cost of $189. Why should I pay for that when car was fine when taken in. Also I was charged for an 'oil plug' why?

It was in the middle of day, so I know it was kinda backed up on work but it did take 3 hours to service my truck for an oil change. Also when my truck was brought to me to leave the guy drove from the back to service area my trucks brakes were squeaking bad. I go to get in my truck and notice he drove with parking brake on. Like come on do better people!
