Good morning, first of all I just wanna say that I live 70 miles away from the dealership and I travel that far for the customer service. And when I made my appointment for my tire rotation, I usually make it on Saturdays because I pack up my one year-old and my husband comes with me. But when I was making my appointment, I was told that there was a recall on my vehicle and that they don’t do recalls on the weekend so I scheduled it for Tuesday. Then I get there Tuesday. My tires are rotated. I guess they work on the recall and then they tell me they have to order parts so I assume that means they didn’t complete the recall. Now I get a text message saying the parts came in. What was the point of me coming in on a Tuesday when the parts weren’t even there? So now I have to go back to get them put on. I’m not very happy about that.

Everything was great. Michael is so nice! The only thing was that the car was not pulled up after service. It was parked over in the lot and we didnt see it. Michael made sure they brought it to us. He's awesome!

Oil pan cover was missing but when we pointed out that our car was only serviced by Toyota for oil changes Brandt talked to Toyota and they are replacing at no cost to us . We appreciate him helping us resolve this issue.
