When I left I noticed that someone changed my odometer to km/ h which was frustrating since i couldn’t tell how fast i was going. I called AW Broussard, and he talked me through it how to change it which was fantastic! I went to get in my car and noticed that hood was not closed. Thankfully I noticed this before getting on the interstate. That could have been bad. Now my husband just called, and said the check engine light just came on so i guess I will have to bring it back tomorrow to get checked out. I’m very worried and frustrated that something possibly got missed.
Michael is a fantastic service writer. I will personally ask for him bcmecause he is very nice and takes time to explain in detail the issues with ur vehicle! I refer LC Toyota all the time for sales and service bc u guys are top notch!
I brought the car in primarily for an oil change and leaking tire. The low pressure light was still on and the tire was lower than before even though the tire supposedly had a "screw" and had been fixed. Explain that. I would like the tire further examined and actually fixed

I have been misled by LC Toyota 3 times. I’ve brought my vehicle in for recall service twice now and another is required. The intentional misleading statements concerning the second fob must be a deliberate managerial decision because no service department could be this ineffective without guidance from upper management. Twice I’ve been told the parts are in for my vehicles recall problems and twice that has been wrong. Today I was told I would be called when the part is available. I’m not holding my breath. I was there for two hours today and all I received was the second fob, more than a full year after I purchase the truck.
He was very good and would recommend him to anyone.
Always good service. I have been coming to you all for service over 9 years now, everytime services is always good. The staff on site always a pleasure to share a story or 2. Ms Mancilla kept me informed on my truck services the whole time I was present. Great job on her part.
