I got to the dealership way early but I was welcomed time I got there. Nicole was very prompt and very courteous. I love my car and I’m very happy with Lake Charles Toyota. This was the best move I have ever made I love my RAV4 it has been a blessing to have a somewhat smaller car and the people in the service department have made sure it is up to date on everything I need.
