I’ve been having 4Rnners serviced since 1992 no problems. Was told today I had to pay for oil change on my 2021 4Runner. I’ve been getting it free.

I was told of things that needed to be replaced on my vehicle and was led to believe there was a sense of urgency to get these things done. I declined several of them and went to a different auto repair location and was told those things were not necessary at this time so I feel there was the intent to sell things that were not necessary.
Barton is courteous and thorough. Answers all questions even if he has to dig for the answers. Service crew came through and I was out of there in about 1 1/2 hours.

The problem still exists and was not properly investigated. When the Sales Representative came to my house to deliver the vehicle, he acknowledged the problem was real and was not resolved so he took the vehicle back.
