Today was a very busy day at the dealership, but I wanted my oil changed and I needed it today because of my schedule Gavin took me in and got me out in less than an hour with all his customers. Everybody was being served and got out as soon as possible I appreciate this dealership very much. They always go above.

I walked in the make a appointment.... Got me in that day in approx.15 min. Was very helpful in telling me what was needed, what was up coming. Worked out beautifully.

I wish my seat would not be moved. I still don’t know how to set my seat where I can return it to the setting with a push of a button! I do always enjoy the popcorn and drink especially when I had not had lunch & was there until about 3!

My appointment was for 9:00. I was immediately met with someone to take my name. It took Angela a good 20minutes to come to the van to check me in. She did say she was not feeling well. She also told me it would take an hour. By 11:30a I had not received any notification on my vehicle and went to Angela’s desk for clarification on my van. She then looked up my van and told me they were having computer problems and my van had not been checked in. She then said it would only be 20 minutes. I didn’t roll out of there until 12:45p.

Mr. Guillory and the team of mechanics did an amazing job. I rolled in basically unannounced and my car died in the triage lanes. They found another issue while addressing the alternator that had crapped out and after the repairs my 2011 feels darn close to brand new. Great communication paired with a timely, thorough repair made the thought of having to eventually trade my car in something i could push to the back of my mind for awhile. Running smooth. Give Mr. Guillory a raise. ????
