Failure across the board. 4 hour wait and my freshly detailed car had dirt all over the inside. Not happy at all. By the way this was my very first servicing on that car.

The service was fine, but when I first started doing all my service at Lake Charles Toyota, an oil change and tire rotation took less than an hour. The last two times have been over 2 hours. I don’t understand why you have an appointment if your car is going to sit for over an hour before work begins. I’m pretty sure if I bought my tires at Delta or Tire Rack, the service would be MUCH faster. Your customer’s time is valuable, too.

I’ve been having 4Rnners serviced since 1992 no problems. Was told today I had to pay for oil change on my 2021 4Runner. I’ve been getting it free.
