I had an appointment for 9am to get my oil changed, my tire pressure light checked and also to check my vehicle for an off and on check engine light. I explained my vehicle has been idling bad. I received a text message saying my oil change was finished at 11:14am and that they’re waiting for the diagnosis. That was the last I heard, no update on my vehicle on the oil change, tire pressure light or nothing. I waited there until 1pm. I finally went up to a sales person and explained that I needed to leave I had waited to long. At that time I was informed that my vehicle was never diagnosed. So what was going on from 1115am-1pm? I had an appointment at 9am that morning. I am a loyal customer to toyota and go there on a regular basis. I was not satisfied with my service experience at all. I am disappointed.

I had an appointment and still waited over 2 hours. I have a black chrome trim piece on the passenger side that is peeling. It went in the back for over 2 hours to say yes that piece needs to be replaced. When I get home I find the driver side that is bubbling and coming off. So, they didn’t check the rest of the trim? Just the one spot I showed them. If that is the case the advisor could have done that on checkin. I felt I was there for over 2 hours and they did not check all the trim. I had to call back to get the driver side ordered. (Sent pictures showing bubbling)
