Matt was very professional and helpful throughout.
I was told I needed new brakes in the front, rear brakes were out of alignment, and there was a crack in the windshield. Took my truck to a brake specialist were i saw for myself that the calipers were not properly engaging and there was uneven braking. No caliper problem mentioned at Toyota. Looked at rear drums and there was no misalignment or signs that they were touched at all. After close inspection of the windshield, no signs of the fixed crack. Now I doubt that repair i paid for. From now on an oil change is all I'll ever allow with such untrustworthy inspection.
