I think you should have your service managers call on a loud speaker or come to the waiting area to find the customer when their service is complete. Or even give a phone call (not text) to let them know their vehicle is ready, especially if it is noted in the system they are waiting for the vehicle (after all, they ask us that when we drop it off.) Today, I was sent the text with the link the checklist of my vehicle at 10:15. My appt was at 9:30. I received a text at 10:35 that I could come check out. However, I didn't see that second text bc it came in right under the big text with the vehicle checklist link, so it kind of "blended in" on my phone screen (looked like all one text). Finally at close to 11:40, I was walking to speak to the service manager to ask about my car when I noticed the small text "come on down to check out" sent an hour earlier. I explained that I didn't see the text and that I thought they came and got the customer in the waiting area. He said that they have been using the text system for 2 years. I was serviced at LC Toyota over the summer since moving back to LC in June, and the last time, they came and got me. Micheal wasn't rude, and I understand y'all were really busy, but I think just trying to find the customer after they don't respond to the text is not a huge ask. Especially if it's an hour later and they don't come to the desk to check out. We are loyal LC Toyota customers (this is our third vehicle with you guys). Again, not a massive inconvenience, but also, I stayed over an hour after I should have, waiting on my car that was already done.

I wish you would bring back the shuttle. I really appreciated being taken to work and being productive there while you worked on my car. It also was an incentive for me to drop my car off early. Please bring it back.

Well being I first brought my car in on Dec. 10 and being dealing with issue since then I am truly disappointed… clay was always respectful but seemed dishonest in the very beginning! Telling about a women who brought her car in and rats chewing her wires and the warranty not covering her repairs made me uncomfortable. Having my car stop on me Wednesday after picking it up and calling me today saying you need a new starting and that I will have to pay for the rental because the warranty company won’t be open until Monday the. Telling me not to worry about it and an hour later calling me to say it’s not the starter it’s fixed u can come pick it up. I’m still nervous to drive it because I’m scared it will stop again because they said I needed a starter and honestly I felt like they just wanted the rental back. I appreciated The two techs that’s came to the spot where the car stopped on me but this interior. Experience clay made me feel like it was some how my fault and not the people who I trusted with my car. I’m not a mechanic nor a rep!! But things could have been handled better I feel it was rushed to get the rental back which is still bothering me! I just hope it’s truly fixed and my fuel tank is fixed and my starter is good even tho he told me it wasn’t.

I hate to say it but I’m extremely nervous about driving my vehicle home now!! Having it stop on me the other day… then telling me it’s the starter and an hour later no it’s something else I’m just scared to drive it now. I think I will still take it somewhere else to make sure my starter is ok! Hopefully everything is fine and I won’t have any issues but this experience was not a good one!
