The Tarver Family has spent decades building a name and reputation on being the best in SWLA. Brandt is a direct reflection of the family oriented and professional business. Brandt called and asked for me to bring in my truck for repairs. I was greeted and ensured the repairs would take minimal time and would have my truck back before Christmas. Brandt lived up to it and the mechanics and technicians completed the job just as Brandt predicted. Professionalism all the way around.

We was notified of a recall, and brought the vehicle in for scheduled maintenance and to have the recall addressed. The regular maintenance service was superb as usual, but they had to order parts for an existing recall. I think it would be more appropriate to keep parts to complete that kind of repair on had as it is a known safety issue and we left without the repair being made due to lack of parts.

I was there for six and a half hours. 10:00 am arrival: "It'll couple hours. (Ugh, but let's do it since I'm going out of town and want my camera to work) 12:00 update: Good news! We have the part and it's under warranty. How long? About two hours. (Two hours more??? I thought I'd be done by now, not just getting started! UGH!) 2:00..... nada 3:15 (after I ask at service desk): oh, our tech had a couple quicker jobs come in, so he's knocking those out first. But you're next. (REALLY???? Did other jobs ahead of me????) 5:00 text: Your vehicle is almost ready. I pulled out at 5:28 Thankfully I'm taking weight loss shots so I didn't starve to death. They really shouldn't do other jobs first. I suspect that since I was a warranty job and wouldn't be paying, they were willing to make me aggravated.
