My only complaint was the total time it took for an oil change even though I had an appointment. I realize they did an inspection but still thought over an hour and a half was lengthy

I arrived at 1:48 PM for a 1:45 PM appointment. My first text to update me on the status of my vehicle was after 4:26 PM. My appointment was for an oil change, tire rotation, check my rearview mirror and replace a plastic piece on my driver side seat that has cracked for the second time. Would over 2 1/2 hours be satisfactory for you to wait?
