Service was great! Everyone was so friendly. Over the last 16 years, my 2010 rav4 has been serviced by LC Toyota. I currently became the second owner. 0il changes have always been with 5w20 synthetic. For some reason, they used 0w20. I don’t think it will hurt anything, but I thought this oil was used for much colder climates. But I’m not an expert. Please let me know if I have anything to be concerned about using a thinner oil.
The only thing I waited over an hour to get an estimate on a ding on the side of my car but the body shop never called Brandt back. I will not have my car fixed (ding) there because of this. Everything else was great,
