I am glad that I was helped by the service manager today but it should not have had me to go in and talk to him about the continuous issue I had had with the air conditioning. And with Nicole saying well as old as that truck is your going to have problems since I take my truck to get worked on there that did not say much about the service for that truck since yall are the ONLY people that work on it. I like my truck and it is in still great shape for as old as it is and I want to keep it its my choice if yall keep to up. Just because something gets old doesn't mean you have to get a new one. I remember a promise I made to myself when I got my first care in 1977 if I by a car I am going to try to keep it as long as I can. A rich man or women knows the value of a good truck. It's part of me as my hand or leg. Because without out it I can't work and without it I can't walk.
I am satisfied with work but a little frustrated with all the recalls.

Barton was not there today. The last 3 hours of my time there today I was at the edge of the seat being told that they were almost done with my vehicle. Then they tried to hit me with an extra $540 to be paid when I was expecting to be paying between $100 and $150 for an alignment. They better not be expecting to get another Penny out of my pocket
I would like to request a new service advisor to be assigned to me besides Angela. She’s a terrible communicator and she disappears at every visit. I was at my appointment for almost 3 hours and she never communicated. Very upsetting and disappointing. Terrible service
I never met Gavin. I waited 30 minutes to be checked in. Someone else checked me in. They said Gavin was ****. Then I waited 2 and one half hours for a oil change and service plus a recall item. At noon I got a text message that Gavin was going to lunch and I could see someone else to check out. I went to talk to another rep and after he checked my car he said the service was completed but the recall was not started. No one ever told me the recall would take another 2 to 3 hours. I said no thanks. The rep that took care of me was excellent. I didn't get his name. Love the car. Not satisfied with the service today.

Andrea is rude and I had to call multiple times to get updates on progress. Still unresolved, and bad communication. Would really like to change service rep and speak to someone who CARES.
I encountered the Lord's name used in vain, quite loudly in the service lanes. I didn't appreciate that. The actual service was good. I did appreciate the fact that I had previously scheduled service and received a text saying appointments were running behind.i was not able to be delayed that day do I had a heads up to reschedule.
Very glad I bought an extended warranty! Brandt always does a good job. Really enjoy the free snack bar items.
Gavan was more communicative than the previous time, which is a plus. I waited 20 minutes to speak with him at drop of when I was told he would be with me shortly. The major issue is that the inspection report recommended to replace two tires, but four tires were quoted in the price estimate. Sneaking in two extra tires is a horrible way to garner business.
