I am disappointed with my experience today. I was not seen at my scheduled appointment time and ended up waiting for nearly two hours. Unfortunately, I could not put the rest of my day on hold and had to reschedule. This was highly inconvenient and frustrating, especially given that I arrived for my appointment as scheduled.
The only concern I have is with someone going through my truck in the back seat in between the seats and the front seat!
I can't sing the praises of Lake Charles Toyota loud enough; the entire business, from service to sales, is like dealing with a loving family!

I had a appointment at 10:15 and my vehicle wasn't taken to get looked at until 1 o'clock I was there for over 4 hours other than that the lady taking care of me was great thank you Andrea
I realize the world is full of impatient people, and at times I am one of them. However, I felt it quite unacceptable to have waited approximately 21 minutes for my service advisor. After waiting for 10 minutes in and near my vehicle, I asked the young man at the podium (who chalked my arrival time on my window) if I could go ahead inside to the waiting area and have a seat. He said no, that I needed to wait for my service advisor because he would have questions. Well, the question (the SINGLE question) was, “How many miles are on the vehicle.” Really? I had to provide that information? Why? When it’s clearly visible on the dashboard. Definitely disappointed with my visit today.
Highly recommended Angela Mancilla, Amazing communication, and explaining. Explain to me everything that would be done to my vehicle at services , and when I got my vehicle back , I ask her about any recommendations she would give me on paint chip, and was told about a pen . Which gladly helped ! Thank you so much Angela !
