Wrong part was ordered . I took off work to have it put in . And now I have to wait for the correct part to come in. I will have to take off another day to bring my car back to Toyota to have it installed . And I’m really upset that there is no longer a shuttle service . We have jobs and lives . I had to pay for Lyft 2 times today . To still not have my car fixed.

Accessories. Had digital rearview mirror system installed , but it was not installed to my specs that my sales person and I discussed before the sa the sale and signing of the paperwork. There is is alot more to this situation. But I will not be available until after 1 pm on Tuesday July 07, 2026.

I understand I arrived about 30 mins early. But my car was brought to the back around 5pm. I nevered received a check in message, but I did hear my keys with the tech talking to the lady at the concessions counter. He walked away with nothing. I feel my service was rushed I got my recommendation while I was getting my documents to leave. That's when i received a message. I was very unpleased with my service.

Appointment for oil change was 11 am. Car was not ready until 1:30 pm. 2 1/2 hours is not acceptable. Very disappointed with this time to wait in dealership.

Only recommendation, when you have an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation it shouldn’t take 3 hours. I understand if you are a walk in but with an appointment it shouldn’t take so long. Other than time, everything was perfect and you have great snacks to hold you over. Huge plus.
