I want to express my sincere thankfulness for Tony with the service department and Khardell and Brook, service technicians for taking care of my car this afternoon. I had my engine air filter changed while my tires were being rotated and something went wrong shortly after I pulled out of the dealership. I immediately called the service dept and they came right away. The problem was resolved was professionalism and numerous apologies. I have much respect for the employees that helped me today. That’s why we will continue to buy from Lake Charles Toyota.

The sensors won't stop going off, its not working right, its not what I wanted at all. I called and Blaine told me how to turn it off till I could bring it back in the morning thankfully
Arrived at 1:15 for 1:30 appointment. A young man came with the preliminary papers for dashboard. I then had to wait until 1:43 for Gavan to come to my vehicle to check me in—27 minutes of waiting to get checked in. Several vehicles behind me were checked in by other service reps.
I received update & request at appropriate times. The oil change and tire rotation were completed in a timely manner. When I received the text that my vehicle was ready, I went to get the printout & pay any charges. I went to Gavan’s desk but he was not there. He was in a nearby office holding a food container, eating & chatting with several other employees. I went up to the cashier but needed the printout from Gavan. I returned to the office where he was eating & chatting. He turned & saw me. I requested the printout. He pointed to the paper on his counter and said I didn’t owe anything. My vehicle was already waiting for me.
Completely satisfied with Michael, as always. However, for every service, my vehicle ALWAYS comes back with many adjustments (a/c full blast & temp maxed out, seat coolers on high, dashboard display all messed up, lights taken off auto, etc). For the few seconds that it's driven to the garage, I prefer for these adjustments not to be made or at least returned like it was.
Barton was very nice and the job was done very quick despite terrible weather and the system going down due to power outages! Great service. Thank you!

I’m not a complainer but I set an appointment for an oil hand and tire rotation and it took an hour and a half to get it done. Also your people me I needed an an air filter because it was dirty and I got it done the last oil change paid if I’m not mistaken over 200.00 to get what was recommended. I don’t want to be buckled and dined over stuff. When I come to get an oil change. Tell me what I actually need and I will do it. This is the second truck I’ve bought in 3 years and I plan on buying more for me and my wife but if I have to wait this long to do routine maintenance and then get nickeled and dime. Maybe I should take my business elsewhere. Thank you
