Brandt did not deliver the same service experience I am familiar with at Toyota for generations and decades. He was not rude, he was professional, but a poor communicator and did not follow up. I hope he can be trained to perform to the level all other employees I’ve encountered there have and still do. Thanks for everything and good luck to Brandt.
You have people on staff who smile and offer help! I was a little slow in responding to text to let me know car was ready, but She found me, helped me with paper work and got me taken care if! Enjoyed popcorn and drink as well. Thank you for promptness and courtesy.
Yvonne was awesome. I made a few big scheduling changes that were not included in the original request. She was able to add a full brake job (front and rear) to the order - they got all of the work done in a 1/2 day and kept me updated on inspection status and price changes throughout. This saved me a day of car rental by finishing on same day as the modified request, despite multiple power outages. She worked right up until closing time to get me out the door. Awesome job.
