It seems that Gavin could use some training in interpersonal skills. For example a smile would be nice and perhaps eye contact. He seemed preoccupied and I wasn't sure he was really focused when dealing with me. The young man in training with him was very personable. I don't know his name but he seems to have good people skills. The service itself was fine and the time frame in which it was delivered was acceptable.

I was upset about the time it took me to check out. Gavin was outside checking cars in and training someone. This didn’t bother me. It was him checking in 4 vehicles before he came in. Other than that everything was good.

I cannot remember her name but she works in the front. I believe she is a service technician and that her names starts with an A. She was fantastic, she was super nice and very helpful. Angela was very rude to me and talked down to my regarding my warrant on my car. I have an extended warranty that was gonna cover the service today but she was ADMANT that I did not have one. Very unprofessional and rude. As a women, she shouldn’t talk like that to other women
