Bart was fine. I was surprised to receive the multipoint check feedback. To me it appeared to be a bill for having changed out the cabin air filter - not a question if I wanted it done. Confusing.
Also- I had to wait 10 minutes for my vehicle to be brought around when I could have just walked over, got in and left.
