I was surprised by how quick i was in & out!

I have a window that is leaking water when it goes through car washes and because they couldn’t duplicate it in the shop today. There’s nothing they can do about it. Which means when I keep having problems, I’m going to have to bring it in again and be without my vehicle for another whole day. I also made an appointment early this morning, 0830,but that doesn’t seem to affect the time that they actually look at your vehicle as it was not looked at until after 3 PM today. I feel like if you make an appointment then your car should be seen in a timely manner close to your appointment time. That is good customer service in my opinion. We also started discussing that there are problems with the brake pads and I mentioned that mine are squealing. He could not start a new ticket for a different issue and I was told that I have to call back the next day to start a brand new ticket. This is my first time to own a Toyota and I’m not happy that my two month old vehicle is already having problems and then I’m having to bring it in multiple times.
I am new to the Toyota family and this is only my second time in the service department but both of these times I could not have asked for better service. Clay is so helpful and everyone does such a thorough job. Thank you!

Michael is so good at taking care of his clients. I want him to take care of my car when I bring it to Toyota for service. I was lucky to get him as I haven’t brought my car in for service very often. I want him to take care of my car whenever I bring it in. Thanks, Linda C
I am happy now that the roof rack has been repaired properly this time. Other than that I’m very happy with my Corolla Cross. Want to thank Taylor my sales gal and Barton my service advisor. Don’t know the Techs name but would like to thank him As well. Keep up the good work.

I feel that a $418 labor charge for less than 1.5 hours work (according to my statement) is a bit steep.
