Andrea was kind, helpful, answered all my questions, addressed my concerns, she is a great communicator and for the first time in my life I felt comfortable having my vehicle serviced at a dealership. I felt like I have found a home to take my car to be serviced without reservation as to the service I would receive.

I always get prompt and professional service at Tarver Toyota. My 4-Runner has been an outstanding vehicle since the day I bought it more than 12 years ago- solid, dependable, reliable. This fantastic vehicle coupled with the incredible courteous and efficient service I’ve always received makes me wonder why any one would buy a vehicle at any other dealership in or around Lake Charles. They did not tell me that I would be notified by text message when my car maintenance was finished. I did not hear the message. The lady I was sitting with had been there for 4 hours waiting for her car. She did not have her phone with her. Luckily someone made a phone call to me. I was expecting the clerks to come get us on the floor room. We were waiting for our cars. Not the same clerks

Gavan went out of his way to help me. He called the extended warranty people for me set me up with the rental car got all my problems taken care of and kept me updated. Also the day I was supposed to come and pick up the rental and leave my car. I was home sick with his stomach virus. He had the car delivered here to my house and the gentleman that delivered it. He was just wonderful. It is so refreshing to be back at Lake Charles. Thank you again the service, the wonderful personnel it was just so so refreshing. We need to have more Gavan‘s in this world. They understand your concerns and they answer all questions.

They fixed the issue but some else got torn on the top of my door panel which they want to say we damaged by Fedex when the they the new used door panel on which I am not clearly convinced it happened like that

I had a 10 o’clock appointment. Picked up the Card at 5:30 and still was not finished. Brought the vehicle in for a 5000 miles service which I thought was free. I was told every 10,000 miles not 5000. I would never run a vehicle for 10,000 miles. Nevertheless I said go ahead and do it when I picked up the car, the oil change was more than an ad that was running at the time. She did adjust it very disappointed with the vehicle and the service.
