Matthew is a great service advisor he keeps me up to date with what’s going on with my vehicle and if I have some concerns he kindly answers all of my questions.
Nobody pressured me to make decisions. Taylor and Corey were both amazing supporting me through this process for the first time.

I wish they would tell you on the phone during scheduling the appointment if the service will take 5 hours. They told me right when I got there this morning to “get comfortable” because it would take a while. That way in the future I can arrange a ride ahead of time and won’t have to wait the whole time in the lobby.
Mr Nunez seems like a nice guy. Problem I have is making an appointment to have truck there early, even dropping off day before so I could have truck repaired before weekend. 8AM Thursday appointment. Called at 2PM and no one had even looked at truck. Called again at 4 and Tech had just finished. Asked Mr Nunez if I would have truck before weekend, he could not guarantee. Why make appointment if Toyota not even going to start till at least Friday. Told Mr Nunez to stop all work, I was coming to get truck. I will bring truck elsewhere to be repaired. Sorry I would not recommend Toyota Service Department.

She did a wonderful job, she explained everything to me and did a very clean job changing my sticker and putting the new one on,she was very nice,I think it very inportant when they tell you what they are doing, she was very very great and she did a amazing job
I bought my vehicle in 2024 in black, and last week I noticed the paint was starting to chip. I scheduled an appointment to get it repaired, but when I saw the service tech and manager, they gave me an unreasonable explanation that since it's out of warranty, I have to pay for the repairs. They also sent me an estimate. I explained that I expect the paint not to peel off like this, especially since I paid $80,000 for the vehicle. I am considering involving my attorney to review the case, and we will decide the next steps. Fixing the vehicle for $618 is a small cost for Toyota, given my lifelong loyalty as a customer. If my vehicle isn’t repaired, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action. Thanks.
