I waited 4 hrs and my car sat in parking lot ..I arrived at 8 at 9 we agreed to some services , since my car was at 100k miles …about 1500.00 worth but after 4 hrs and my vehicle still hadn’t begun with a excuse of motor having to be completely cool (I think sitting there for 4 1/2 hrs it was plenty cool ) I cancelled all remaining service . Was charged for something I didn’t request or agree to (headlight restoration ) I’d never had agreed to it bc my husband had recently done it himself by purchasing a kit ..I was so angry I paid the bill and left bc otherwise I’d have lost my **** !!
