I had an oil change appointment at 8:30, showed up at 8:22. It took two hrs to complete a scheduled oil change that should have been forty-five minutes tops.I might understand if it was not scheduled but our time is valuable to us. If this is a common practice for you guys then it should be stated when appointment is made.

There is something to be said about my goto Toyota rep. Brandt Nunez. All round Professional. I travel for work which puts me going in for service almost every 4 to 6 weeks. Brandt Nunez is my goto Service Representative always professional and customer focused. Today was no different my only reason for not being satisfied is i went in for a service light, turned out it was for tire rotation, Brandt also said my tag was aldo changed. I was charged a little for something, im not the one to question. At any rate after my 1+ hour drive home i realized the inspection tag was still 3/26. Lesson learned trust but verify.
