I was able to scheduled an appt on the day & time I needed. Ms Andrea Chaisson was available & got me checked in. I was informed by text whn my vehicle was being serviced,told exactly what was wrong with pictures to prove it. I was pleased with the service & followed thru with the service advisors' recommendations . Thank you very much.
I don’t understand why it takes 2 hours for an oil change and inspection? Why is my cabin air filter dirty every time I bring it in ? I was shown a picture, that filter was changed for the very first time 3-4 years ago and the picture shown then was nowhere near as filthy as the one this morning and that filter was nearly 10 years old. I will be having the filter checked and the supposedly rear shocks checked for leaks. Very disappointed with this visit.
She was very knowledgeable and helpful ,u have a good employee ,tell her I really appreciate her help. I really enjoyed coming to Toyota and getting my daughter’s car serviced.
It took a very long time to put air in my tires, like 1 1/2 hours, I know I didn’t have an appointment but all I needed was air in my tires! Come on REALLY!
