I requested a long list of services to Micheal as I just bought a used truck. Michael advised that some of those services could and should wait. When I paid the bill, I told him most people try to upsell you instead of downsell you. I told him, “this is my new maintenance strategy: I’ll do all of my oil changes with you and you’ll look at my odometer and tell me all of the services I need. Whatever you say I need on the truck, that’s what we’re doing. Here’s the crazy part - I’m actually serious, lol.

Mr Leger was great but the mechanics broke my flap cover to the in cab air filter. I went to put my service ticket in glove box and couldn’t shut it back. After my husband, Vince took glove box completely out, the flap that covers the the filter cover was broken and had fallen in the way so glove box couldn’t close. Not sure how important that piece is, but it is broken

The last couple experiences I had at this Toyota dealership was not the best for Service. However, Angela did a wonderful job for me this time. I explained the issue and she mentioned a couple of options. And she went above and beyond to help get my extended warranty coverage. It took some time and effort and she was a wonderful throughout the whole process. You have a valuable team player in Angela.

Ray Charles can change oil faster than that! It takes longer and longer every time we bring in our vehicles! My wife’s car had to stay at dealership due to no tires to replace hers. We live an hour away from dealership and if it wasn’t for the free oil changes I’m not sure we would continue servicing our vehicles there.
