I was tickled to death that I did not have to pay for the battery failed. I think Mr. Hicks took the time to check the battery. Also checked the ac filter, that had rodents in it. Matt Hicks is the hero, as far as I am concerned.
Toyota techs ripped off my sequoia bumper during a routine tire rotation and oil change. They ordered a replacement part. They never checked the part, which when i came for the repair a week later, the part was damaged with visible shipping damage and no one thought to check the part before my appointment. So wasted 1.5 hours only to find out the part needed to be reordered again.
Angela went above and beyond her job to make sure I understood the maintenance being done on my car and walked me to the finance office to get a copy of my extended warranty. ????
The time between arrival and departure was about an hour. I consider that a plus. Barton was very friendly.

Took a long time. For the 2 hours I spent at lake Charles Toyota. About half that time I watched one of the “service technicians” walk around and talk to people. He was flirting with a sales rep for about 15 minutes, talking to guy at the snack bar for 10-15 minutes. Shouldn’t he be working on vehicles and helping to get them out on time.
On when I first showed up. I sat in my truck for 15 minutes watching other service reps help everyone else. I had to write what I needed on a piece of paper before I could go sit inside for almost 2 hours.
The prices for the suggested items that needed attention on my truck were ridiculous. $62 for cabin air filter, $165 for differential oil change. Get real. Y’all are ripping people off.
Oh yeah I was supposed to get a car wash with a card I had but I forgot to show it cause I was so mad and just wanted to get the hell out of there.
I will not be coming back.
I always get the best service when Michael is helping me. He is so friendly and knowledgeable and always make the experience great.
My service advisor was Miss Andrea I think that’s how you spell her name she is great and very helpful I would recommend her to anyone.
