I didn't have an appointment, and they did a great job at working me in (they even had the part in stock). Ms. Nicole and the gentleman i first spoke with while waiting in line were both super friendly and nice. I'll definately be making the drive from Jennings for future needs.

Michael is great. You might need to change the management of your service department so you can keep good help. One basic rule is you get what you pay for so if you don’t pay them a decent wage, you’re not gonna keep the best guys.
