It took longer than expected. I thought I was only getting new tires and a crack on my windshield repaired. When I went to Brandt to find out how much longer, he went to check and the technician had just started a recall solution. I am happen that all is done now, but I would have liked to have been given a choice to wait an additional hour to 1 1/2 hours.

I was 30 minutes early for my appointment, yet even after I had the car checked in it took 2 hours for just an oil change. It should never take that long, especially with an appointment.
Barton is an excellent service partner. Honest and trustworthy. Bent over backwards to make it work and make it right. His hiring manager deserves a steak dinner. Thank yall for the positive experience.
