Checking the vehicle in for service took almost 15 minutes, a little longer than expected. Everyone was courteous and helpful. I do appreciate all the amenities Lake Charles Toyota has in place for service customers.

I'm a little frustrated but that has nothing to do with the service or courtesy of the service rep. I did have an issue with finding shuttle service after my vehicle was dropped off. Thanks to Wool, on his day off, for providing a ride to work.

I called a day before my appointment (right before you guys are supposed to close) to ask Nicole a couple of questions about getting new tires. I wouldn’t have blamed her if she was even remotely dismissive bc of the time, but Nicole was extremely helpful and super kind on that phone call and throughout our appointment the following day. Thank you!

My appointment was for 8am and my truck wasn't finished until 5.29pm. There is no reason a fuel line and two system updates/resets should have taken 9 1/2 hours.
