I did say before....Ive always been satisfied with the job well done.... only one thing for me. .. after my oil change there was grease, oil on seat, door, fender and hood....can't understand no one seein g and at least wipe up after job... other than that you guys scored a "TEN" !!!!

I thought Nicole was very professional and was kind. One thing that I do find frustrating is that it takes too long for a service advisor to come out. Most of the time I have been there I have set in my vehicle 20 or more minutes before I'm given the okay to go inside.

I brought in my vehicle because my coolant high temperature light came on a week after new engine was installed. Brant Nunez put me in a rental to hurry to a doctor’s appointment for 1:00 p.m. Brant call me at 1:49 p.m. to tell me my truck was ready and that a clamp was loose. I returned the rental after I filled the rental (Tacoma) up.

Took my car in for an oil change and was then informed that my car door had been damaged while in their care. I still had to pay for the oil change, and now I have to take time off work to bring my car back in for repairs. Since I work out of town, this is a major inconvenience—and it’s unclear whether a loaner vehicle will even be provided. I’ve never had issues with this Toyota dealership before, but this experience has been extremely frustrating.
