My appointment was for 9am. 10am I get a text saying they are behind and will get to mine shortly. I went to my service advisor and they said they were running behind and some people had been there since 8am and were still waiting. I took a day off to get this and other things done. I had to cancel my oil change because they were so backed up. I will have to take another day off to get this done.
Service is always top notch. I will however have to come back because the windshield is still making a whistling noise
