My scheduled appt 9:15 for an inop spring in gas tank. I had to ask 3 times for an update. The job took 10 minutes to complete. This appt was not complete until 5 hours later. The spring was no more than $10 but labor was $170. Just a little disappointing that I paid this amount for a $10 spring.

Barton was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and very thorough in addressing the various issues I had with my vehicle. Every time I go to Toyota I ask for him because I know I’m in good hands!
I waited 5.5 hours to be told that my tires looked worn and that was the reason for the strange noise from my truck. Sounds like a fair assessment but 5.5 hours just to put eyes on my tires is crazy. Not saying this is one persons fault. Tony at guest services apologized after he saw me waiting for several hours and I wasn’t charged for the visit which helps. I was also at the service center in March to get my tires rotated. They ended up balancing them too. Why wasn’t it noted then that I needed new tires? Also that visit had me waiting for 3 hours. 8.5 hours total waiting at the service center for my last two appointments is insane.

My car was left with paint chippings and they staited that they didn’t do it, and we are having to go back Monday.
Grease left on hood, appears to be when the hood was shut. Took approximately 3 hours to have oil changed and tires replaced but Michael communicated on the delays.

Your service is always excellent. Your people are very professional and don’t pressure repairs that are suggested if I can’t do it that day. We love Toyota, lake charles. Great leadership. I love the gift shop too! I always find gifts I need. Sincerely,
