Brandt was very personable and courteous. This was the second time coming in for the same problem and it was finally figured out on this visit.
Vehicle wasn’t repaired as promised.
Also, the service personnel ordered the wrong part and it was installed in the vehicle. Now they charging us for the labor when the correct new part comes in.
They are also not keeping up with the cost accurately.
If you look at the service records you will see how long this repair has been going on.
There is a special needs kid involved.

We were not completely satisfied, but your question was a yes and no.
We went in March 9 and the car needed a new $300 battery and that was all that was said to us on the code. Then we went back March 27 because the same message light came back on diagnosed that we needed a part which was ordered and we had to come back April 2 for this repair which was around $1500. Then the same light came on so we went back and we weren’t charged , this time it was corrosion. Then tech cleaned it and we are hoping and praying it’s fixed. My husband, being an air cooled engine tech, said it should not have taken 4 visits of repair to find a diagnostic problem. We have the most confidence in Toyota for years, this just didn’t feel right. Not complaining just commenting.
