This was my first time having Michael Guillory as my service advisor. He was great, just like everyone else at Lake Charles Toyota.
Everyone is amazing! From Angela, to the sweet guys who get us checked in, to the kind guy who served us coffee and popcorn. I tell everyone I know looking for a car about your wonderful customer service. I live in DeRidder and happily drive the extra bit to come to your dealership because of the outstanding customer service!
Service department let me down yet again. Asked for an oil change, rear brake job, tire rotation and for the alignment to be checked. Alignment was checked and apparently found to be out and adjusted. This task took somewhere in the neighborhood of 10 hours causing me to leave my vehicle overnight. I was provided a loaner. Upon leaving Lake Charles Toyota I made the first right turn out of service where the driver side front tire rubbed on the inner fender worse than ever before. The then I made a left going around your round about and the left front tire all but ripped the outter fender gaurd off of the vehicle. I had to return to Lake Charles Toyota only to find out service was closing down. However, as usual, Christian Tarver assisted me in providing a bandaid fix to get me through the weekend. On the way home, the rub got worse on the passenger side and it’s now starting to pull out the inner fender lining. Honestly can’t understand how a service department could allow a vehicle to leave in worse shape than it arrived. This is an ongoing problem and it’s truly disappointing. Hoping to return early next week to a real resolution and not a bunch of excuses.

We were welcomed as soon as we arrived for service. We felt as though we were family! Everyone very kind, friendly, and respectful.

Staff is very nice- service was suppose to last an hour but was there 2 and 1/2 hours.
I have been there twice this week with both times having very long wait times.
The service has never taken this long for as long as i have been a customer which is about 23 years.

Truck was brought in to check an issue and wasn’t prioritize via the appointment time. I had to spend over 6 hours at the dealership with no resolve.
Matt seen to the care of my tundra as needed as soon as possible.
Andrea was so great and professional. She kept me updated as repairs were being made. Explained why something’s were covered with warranty and others were not. She is definitely a KEEPER.
