Great experience, thank yall for everything. I appreciate you wool
Very nice and professional.
Michael was very informative and knowledgeable when it came to my truck.
Michael has always answered all our questions and helped when ever we needed help
Went in for an oil change rotation of the tires and throttle body cleaning and they changed the cabin air filter. They did a very good job. And was surprised how long they took to do all that I’ll.
Always have great service!
So had an appt dropped off at 830. heard nothing and showed up at 4pm. Was told maybe it was the muffler hanger at 430 and you want 750 for that. Declined. Took 6 hours for that diagnostic? And then to be slammed with maybe 800 fixes it at the end of the day. Not good customer communication
It explained to me how long it was going to take, so I knew how to schedule my day....
Excellent customer service
Gavan was prompt and professional. Delivered excellent customer service.
The truck still isnt fixed. I will be having to bring it back
After receiving my checklist of what was done to my vehicle an hour after Brandt signed me in, I sat in the waiting room for 2 1/2 hours more waiting to hear that my vehicle was finished. My assumption was that my vehicle was complete and that I would receive it shortly thereafter. I never heard from nor saw Brandt Nunez again after he signed me in at my appt time at 9:30. While speaking to Corey in the lobby, I asked him to please check the status since it had been 3 hours. He then had Bart confirm if my vehicle was ready. Bart confirmed that my vehicle work was complete and confirmed I signed for the work done at 10:30 and apologized for the delay. I understand people are busy, but my time is just as valuable as yours. What’s the purpose of appointments if customers are made to wait that long, and NEVER be updated? Thank you, Corey and Bart!
Car went in shop Monday and was out Tuesday evening. Quick easy! Appreciate you guys for squeezing me in and getting me in and out quickly!
My service went GREAT ????
We dropped our teenage daughter’s car off to have a key fob made at an 8:30 am appointment. Hours went by and when we called to check we were told it was being worked on. Eventually my husband went back to wait on the car. Time kept passing and they eventually told him that when they were testing the phyiscal part of the key (switchblade type) in the door that it got stuck. They had to remove the whole lock cylinder. They didn’t have a new one in stock to replace it with and needed to order one. After paying over $400 when he went back to the car to leave, the fob wasn’t even programmed. He had to go back inside and wait again for them to program it.
We have not heard anything back yet about the replacement cylinder coming in. My husband texted Brandt Nunez today (he had given him his number) and got no response. Tonight my daughter just called from dance saying the fob part came loose from the physical part of the key and is hanging down. We haven’t even had it for a week. This was over $400. My husband will be calling tomorrow and going straight to the service manager. So now we have the inconvenience of bringing the car in again on another day to fix something that was broken at no fault of our own. And now it seems the fob is hanging from the physical key at less than a week old.
My husband bought a brand new Tundra a couple years ago and LC Toyota is the only place we have ever had it serviced. We have never had an issue until bringing our teenage daughter’s car in for this key fob. Very disappointed with this experience.
