I made an appointment as requested by the team. I should have been informed when I got there that they were behind schedule. I was told nothing, after waiting over 2 hours I asked and they had not even started on my car! I should have been informed! That was very rude
On original day of appt only notification I received was about check in. I was there from 945 I till 2:30 for tire rotation Was supposed to have technical aide see about rear tailgate byrt at 2:30 they still hadn’t seen about it. I had to leave to get kids from school. Would have been nice to have some communication in between instead of waiting that long and having to come back.
It took over 15 minutes to get the bill which was twice as much as quoted. Very displeased.

Last week I went in to LC Toyota for a routine oil change and mentioned that I had received a recall notice for my vehicle. She told me that at that time they did not have the parts to complete the recall and that I would need to return and reschedule for another day. Today I drove 1 hour and had my appointment to change the recall. After waiting for OVER an hour she calls to tell me that they did not have the correct parts to complete the replacement for the recall. This is not only an oversight but very poor customer service. When I asked about receiving at least a free car wash for my vehicle the customer service representative said that it cost $10.

Nothing wrong with how Barton handled the situation (very respectful and cordial) but I do have a problem with being told I need to buy something that I dont need in order for things to even be looked at. And to add further insult to injury a mechanic down the road did the exact same job for almost $1000 cheaper.
Staff was friendly and willing to accommodate me and not loose time at work.
Everything was fast and everyone as always was friendly and welcoming!
